Empire Student Accommodation is a purpose-driven student residence managed by WENDYLINDAPROPERTIES, created to provide a safe, structured, and supportive living environment for bursary-funded students.

Our residence is designed to offer more than just accommodation. We aim to create a space where students can focus on their studies, grow personally, and thrive in a secure and respectful community.

Empire accommodates a small number of students, allowing for personalized management, effective support, and a strong sense of accountability. This ensures that each student receives the attention and care needed to succeed academically and personally.

Transport Services

Empire Residence provides dedicated transport for all students, ensuring safe and reliable access to campus life. Transport services include daily transport to and from classes, transport at students’ convenience within operational guidelines, and transport to extramural and university-related activities such as netball, choir, and other recognized student activities.

Our Management Approach

WENDYLINDAPROPERTIES provides professional property management with hands-on student support, including application management, house rules enforcement, student liaison, inspections, and maintenance coordination. Our goal is to provide a stable, dignified, and empowering living space that supports students throughout their academic journey.

Pricing

The Price point is R5500 for sharing rooms and R6500 for Single rooms. A deposit of R3000 is required before placement, the deposit is refundable at the end of the year provided that nothing in the room is broken. Following attachments on the application form needed: - Student ID - Parent/ Guardian ID (This is their emergency contact) - ID of person responsible for the account - Bursary confirmation letter - Proof of address for the student - Proof of academic registration - Proof of address for the Parent or Guardian responsible for the account
